We decided that since we were staying at a prime value resort that we would at least splurge and book a volcano view room. Volcano bay view 2 bedroom suites family suite interior entry sleeps up to 6 2 queen beds with a pull out sofa. Sure enough the rooms have the same color scheme as the exterior carpet. We didnt mind because we like to walk but something to keep in mind. Although we hadn t stayed at cabana bay before my brother and sister in law highly recommended it so we figured we d give it a try.

Turn off the lights in your room open the curtains and enjoy the show. Choose from standard rooms poolside rooms or volcano view rooms each of which sleeps up to 4 with two queen beds. Nice short walk to volcano bay but a longer walk back to lobby everyday to eat and catch the bus to the theme parks. We loved the floor to ceiling windows and the unique view of the volcano.

The view was awesome you could hear music playing from the park during the day. This volcano bay view room is located in beachside one of the two towers added later to the resort.
